The self-assessment tool is a user-friendly tool to appraise the level of networking. By evaluating the level of networking competence, partners will be able to prepare a customized training to improve this ‘must have’ competence.
This assessment tool will deliver a skill report allowing the understanding of the target group skills gaps. The result includes a skills assessment survey which will be applied to training applicants.

Project Result 2 – Personal inclusion and employability paths tailoring tool

The learning paths tailoring tool is about tagging and matching the self-assessment results in the first project result and the suitable learning recommendation to develop the participant talent and potential.
The tool is composed of a document / online platform (in which beneficiaries can visualize the tailored path) and a board game (customized for digital use).

The catalog will combine resources on self-awareness / self-development and networking development skills that will be developed or selected.
The resources, materials, and activities in the catalog must be aligned with what was developed. The beneficiaries create their tailored learning path and find the necessary resources, materials, and activities to perform it in the catalog.
The catalog will comprise an instruction booklet to facilitate transferability and a guide to provide more robust information on replicability procedures. This result also comprises the functional specifications document for the web based development and coding, allowing the transferability to many other stakeholders and context.

This guide is all about supporting the generation and development of opportunities. The enhancement of disadvantaged persons (DP) networking and related skills must also prepare the person to invest in self-development, social capital investment, and professional development.
This result intends to provide guidelines, that practitioners can use, to increase the human capital of the disadvantaged persons. It incorporates an introduction and an explanation of the guide: what, to whom, for what, a self-assessment of networking, learning paths available, phases of the intervention, process map, procedures, workflow, chapters focusing on deepening the two of dimensions to be enhanced: social capital and psychological capital; case study and the results analysis.
